It is an ashame that now even animals should take any kind of human medicine so they can feel better, even though depression is a human condition and there´s no need for them to feel that bad, but anyway if Prozac makes parrots feel better maybe is good for them. Otherwise it is better to think and ask ourselves if we have time to take care for a pet and if the answer is negative we should not buy a pet just to leave it alone all the time because they have feelings also and they miss us as well.
